Blaze
is a super consistent and completely automatic barrel
& pole mare. She runs 2D barrel times with any
rider or has 1D potential with a more agressive rider.
You can drive her as hard and fast to every barrel
and she will turn them the same everytime. She gets
that "money barrel" everytime! She has been
ridden by a 13 year old girl for the last couple of
seasons and took her to to the top at the year end
divisions every time. Her rider has started roping
and quit barrel racing or she would not be for sale.
She runs 21's and 22's consistently in the poles and
can run in the 20's. She is also an excellent on straight
barrels, running consistent 8's with some 7's. She
is a consistent and proven winner. She loads, hauls,
bathes, stalls, stands for farrier, etc. For more
information on this horse, please e-mail our daughter,
Amy Graves, at fosterchild@hughes.net

"Bill" is the 12 year old full brother to
the famous Nate Shilabar ("Hot Shot"). Like
his brother, this is a barrel horse with super potentitial.
This horse is looking for someone to stay with him
and help him go to the top. He has incredible speed,
can really turn, and is quiet. He has never been truly
campained. He was originally trained as a 3 year old
by Ed Wright and ran for a short time by his owner,
Vicki Rochester, as a 5 year old with much success.
He has an excellent disposition and can be ridden
on trail rides, pasture rides, checking cattle, etc.
(all of which are favorites of his.) He loves people
and is easy to catch and handle. He has a beautiful
long mane and tail and loves to get a bath. He ties,
pickets, bathes, clips, stands for the farrier, etc.
He does not spook or have any known vices. He rides
bareback in a halter, double, triple, doesn't matter.
Bill is a barn favorite and always catches the eyes
of our guests. He was recently competed on in yet
another queen's pageant competition by one of our
local girls. Bill just returned from barrel horse
trainer, Kenny Thomas. He said he switched Bill to
running a left handed pattern and he is a natural
at it. He reported that Bill even outran his top Go
Man Go horse at his house when they put them on the
clock/pattern. This horse is most likely going to
be famous just like his brother, Hot Shot.
