Newt
Team Roping Horse (Heading), Trail Horse, Playday Horse, Kid Horse, Babysitter

DOB: 1989
Color: Brown
Sex: Gelding
Height: 15.2 hands
Weight: 1300 pounds
Registered: no

Newt is a horse that we all love. He is a competition level head horse. He is fast, quiet in the box, knows how to handle cattle and stout enough to pull anything. He has the speed to catch those fast cattle and a heart that won't quit. He requires no special maintenance and is an easy keeper. He keeps a mass of muscle, is big boned and truely cowboy tough. You can rope on him and then put the kids on him and he'll do your babysitting for you. He has also been ridden in playdays from time to time. Our grandson (pictured below heading) bought him for his first competition horse. Newt helped Levi take his roping to the next level. Levi still ropes on him and won a local jackpot just this past November. Newt is experienced, seasoned, and can take the pressure. He is quiet, gentle and easy going. He has no known vices and comes to you to be caught. He is fun to ride and can be ridden by riders of varying levels of experience. He is just a big ol' bear - loveable and kind hearted. He ties, pickets, loads, hauls, bathes, clips, stands for the ferrier, etc. You can ride him bareback in a halter, double or triple - he doesn't care. If you want a horse that is jackpot ready or one just to learn on, Newt will take care of you.

Wilda is a super gentle
dark bay with black above her knees. She is currently being competed on in the barrels by our daughter in Open Barrel Races. She is a completely automatic barrel horse who is currently running consistent 1D & 2D times. With more hauling, she will be a consistent 1D winning mare. She is very automatic and fast. She "cows" every barrel and loves to run the barrels. She has tight, automatic barrels. She can really really run, rate, and is a big stopper. She is excellent in heeling, breakaway, and has been headed on some. She has been trained for tie-down calf roping and loves it too. She is super gentle with no known vices. She ties, clips, pickets, bridles easily, stands great for ferrier, sound, easy keeper.
Due to an injury, Wilda was bred to our stallion King. We look forward to the birth of this future champion.

No vices, ties, clips, hauls, ferrier trained, pickets, bridles easily, saddles easily, and does well in the pasture. Trails are a favorite relaxing time for him.
