"Popeye" (our granddaughter, Tori's, best friend) is a grandson of Colonel Freckles. He runs automatic patterns and will babysit the little ones. He is everything and more and our granddaughter loves him. She has already won a saddle, numerous buckles, money, and tons of other prizes on this horse. We don't believe in the cloning of any of God's animals, but this one - we'd love to have a few more like him! He is special. Thank you to the Chapman family from Oklahoma for sending us this horse.

Blackberry is an attractive, gentle, quiet and easy to get along with pony. He reins and stops well. He crosses the country and travels along roads just fine. My 4 year old grandson loves him. He is not spooky, very respectful and likes people. He saddles, loads, clips, etc. the very best. Our neighborhood girls (pictured here) come home from school and ride him nearly every day. He is their "pick" and ride him everywhere. . They say he is training to be a "famous trick horse". He has been ridden by our grandsons on long trailrides and has never acted up or offered to anything wrong. He can be caught in an open pasture full of other horses by a child without feed. He comes to you when you call him. Blackberry will make some child a great friend and pony. No known vices.

He walks, trots, lopes and stops easily. He is one the few horses that we get that appears that most anyone can ride and have fun on. You ask him to go, he goes, stops easily, and is not exciteable. "Chico" is a great little horse. He is easy to ride. He has lots of get up and go, but goes nice and slow for younger riders. He seems to know when a younger rider is on his back and rides accordingly. He has a light mouth and easy handle. He has been used in the playdays and is easy to take throught the playday patterns. He has a nice little smooth fast walk on trail rides and doesn't spook at things. He is not sour or hard to handle and comes to you to catch him. He likes kids and likes attention.
